    A Tribute to John Denver

Members and songwriters of the original John Denver Band remember the music of one of America’s best-loved singers, as they perform Rocky Mountain High, Thank God I’m a Country Boy, and more than a dozen other hits!

Featuring: Kenn Roberts and Mack Bailey of The Hard Travelers
and friends Chris Nole, Bill Danoff, Mollie Weaver, Jim Salestrom, Jim Horn, and John Sommers.

This concert is a project of the M.U.S.E. Foundation

    12:30 PM & 3:00 PM, Wilde Lake Interfaith Center

An introduction to the orchestra and dance for children and their parents in a fun, informal setting. The program will feature students from the Peabody Dance Program, Carol Bartlett, Director.

Though children may dream of Tales of Arabian Nights, Rimsky-Korsakov used these myths and legends to inspire a tone poem of epic proportions. Just as China gave the gift of paper to the world, Tan Dun explores its sonic possibilities in an enthralling new work.
