2022-2023 SEASON

Safety Precautions at The Chrysalis through 5/31/21

The Trust has reviewed the statements made by the Centers for Disease Control, as well as the requirements from the State of Maryland and Howard County. However, in order to give our guests time to prepare for changes, and in consideration of our many guests under age 12 who are not yet able to be vaccinated, we will continue to enforce our prior distancing and mask policy.

Masks Required

All guests 2 years or older, performers, and staff are required to wear masks while on-site at all times, including while in their designated seating areas. The only exception to this policy is for performers who are on stage, distanced, and must remove their masks for a period of time to perform.

Distanced Seating

All guests are required to sit in painted turf circles or picnic tables within the Chrysalis Use Area with their household or "pod" group. These areas are marked and distanced from each other. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide chairs for this event. Please bring your own chairs or blankets.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms are under construction. However, there will be 3 porta-potties available with hand sanitizer. Fortunately, it's a short concert!

Tickets do not have to be printed, but need to be displayed/scanned at the event.

Given circumstances with COVID-19, we are implementing a flexible refund policy and will allow refunds up to 24 hours before the event. Please note: the ticketing fee of $3 is non-refundable.

The Chrysalis is on the grounds of Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods. It can be accessed off South Entrance Road off of Little Patuxent Parkway.

Parking is free and will be adjacent to the Chrysalis or in Lot 1. An attendant will guide you on where to park.
