Howard County Historical Society
Enjoy a fantastic evening of jazz in a great space! This concert takes place at the Museum of Howard County History (8328 Court Avenue) in Historic Ellicott City, next to the Circuit Courthouse. Parking is available in the courthouse parking lot.
Tickets are available from the Howard County Historical Society website. Tickets are $12 per person in advance and may be purchased at the door if available. Tickets for members of HCHS are free but must be reserved ahead of time. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Howard County Historical Society. Doors open at 5:30pm.
Visitors may bring their own drinks. Stop by the Wine Bin (8390 Main St, Ellicott City) and mention that you are going to the concert to receive a 10% discount.

The Columbia Jazz Band will be performing at the Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 5 pm – 6 pm on the Atrium Stage in the Hilton Hotel, 1750 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852. The concert is free and open to the public. The festival runs from February 16-19, 2017 with great artists and bands throughout the afternoons and evenings. The jazzy lyricism of Milhaud's masterful Creation of the World meeets the brooding Romanticism of Brahms' C Minor Piano Quartet and the classical humor of Mozart's Musical Joke in an eclectic program not to be missed! Tickets for adults ages 18 and up are $5 each and will be sold only at the door.

Join the Orchestra on June 21, 2017 to celebrate Columbia's 50th Birthday at Columbia's newest outdoor venue, the Chrysalis on the grounds of Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods. The whole family will love our Salute to John Williams, highlights from My Fair Lady, classic hits by the Beach Boys, and the ultimate outdoor classic: the 1812 Overture! Come sing "Happy Birthday" to a great city with a great orchestra. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and picnic dinner but no glass containers or adult beverages. Concessions including adult beverages will be available for purchase at Merriweather. Follow the Event Parking signs to park at Merriweather Lots 1, 3, and 5.
